Merchant Closed Door Session

Is there anything about payment you’d like to discuss with payment networks?  I’m inviting you to a closed door session where the dialogue is open, timely and relevant.  Ask questions, state your position and share information with payment networks.

The annual ACT Canada merchant closed door sessions are specifically designed to let you and your colleagues talk with one payment network at a time. Without any 3rd parties in the middle, you can talk openly and help the networks understand what you need in terms of payment and why.  You can stress the importance of being part of the planning for mobile, wearables and other innovations.

Here is what you need to know:

When: Tuesday May 2nd (afternoon)
Where:  Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls/Fallsview, Niagara Falls, Ontario (room details will be emailed to registrants)
Cost: nothing – we believe that all payment stakeholders need to hear from merchants, because without you, there are no payment transactions.

Who will be in the room: we don’t know who all will be at this year’s meetings, but here are some of the people who have attended in the past:

Best Buy, Canada Post, Canadian Tire, Cineplex Entertainment LP, Comark, Designs on Wine,  Wine, Dimpledough, ExxonMobil, Giant Tiger Stores, Hallmark, Holt Renfrew, Home Hardware Stores Ltd., Imperial Oil, Kohl’s Corporation, Marriott International, Pioneer Energy L.P., Redbox, Retail Merchants Association of Canada (Ontario), Shoppers Drug Mar, Sobeys Inc., Spafinder Wellness 365, Suncor Energy, Target Corporation, Telus, The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited,  The Home Depot Canada, The Keg Steakhouse and Bar, The North West Company, The Pen Centre / 20 Vic, Tim Hortons, TJX Canada, Via Rail, Walmart, WaySpa
